No Refunds: All items purchased from our shop are non-refundable. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Exceptions – Fabric Mistakes: If your purchased item has a fabric defect or manufacturing error, you are eligible for a refund. Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the item. After this period, we are unable to process any refunds or exchanges.
Tours and Transfers

No Refunds After Flight: Once a helicopter tour or transfer has been completed, refunds are not available.

Flexibility Option: For customers who purchase the Flexibility Option, you can reschedule or request a refund up to 3 hours before your scheduled flight time. This option provides peace of mind in case your plans change.

Rescheduling: If you’ve purchased the Flexibility Option and need to reschedule your flight, please contact us at least 3 hours before your reserved time.
How to Request a Refund

Fabric Mistakes: To claim a refund for fabric defects, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at contact@tofly7.com.mx with your order number and details of the issue. We will guide you through the return and refund process.
