Services Tofly7 offers various helicopter services, including tours, aviation training, and aerial operations, as well as products available for purchase through our online shop. By using our services or purchasing our products, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

 

Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or make purchases on our Site. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

 

Booking and Payment

• Booking: When you book a service with Tofly7, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by us.

• Payment: Payment must be made at the time of booking or purchase. We accept various forms of payment, as indicated on our Site. Your booking or purchase will not be confirmed until payment is received in full.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

• Shop Items: All sales are final, except for items with fabric defects, which can be refunded within 7 days of receipt.

• Tours and Transfers: No refunds are available after the flight has been completed. However, if you purchase the Flexibility Option, you can reschedule or request a refund up to 3 hours before your scheduled flight time.

• Rescheduling: Rescheduling is allowed under the Flexibility Option, provided that you contact us at least 3 hours before your reserved time.

 

User Conduct You agree not to use our Site or services for any unlawful or prohibited purposes. You must not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

• Engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices.

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Site or services.

• Use our Site or services to transmit any harmful, threatening, or obscene material.

Intellectual Property All content on the Tofly7 Site, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of Tofly7 or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our Site without our prior written consent.

 

Limitation of Liability Tofly7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Site or services. Our liability for any direct damages shall be limited to the amount you paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.

 

Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Tofly7 harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of our Site, services, or violation of these Terms.
